These Terms of Use apply to mobile applications, games, educational content, and related services provided by SLKR Entertainment LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading or using one of our apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Our Apps

You may use our apps for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute our apps or content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer an app.
• Use cheats, bots, or unauthorized software.
• Interfere with an app’s security or operation.
• Use our apps for unlawful or abusive activity.

2. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and protecting your login credentials.

If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use of the app. Children under 13 may use child-accessible services only with appropriate parental or guardian authorization.

3. Purchases

Paid apps, subscriptions, and in-app purchases distributed through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund policies.

Prices and purchase terms are displayed before payment. Unless stated otherwise, digital purchases provide a personal, nontransferable right to access the applicable content or feature.

4. Educational Content

Educational content is provided for supplemental learning and entertainment. We do not guarantee specific grades, test scores, admissions decisions, or other educational results.

5. Intellectual Property

Our apps, games, characters, artwork, text, audio, software, designs, and logos belong to SLKR Entertainment LLC or its licensors.

Using an app does not give you ownership of its content or intellectual property.

6. Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue an app or feature when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that our apps will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

7. Disclaimer

Our apps and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SLKR Entertainment LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of an app, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
